Affected Genes Inferred by Location (0)
If no genes are listed here, it may be because the affected region is very large. The JBrowse insert above may show an error for the same reason, and other FlyBase tools such as CytoSearch may also fail for large regions. You can contact FlyBase for more help.
In this case, the "Export to Hitlist" button at left will also be disabled.
    Phenotypic Data
    In combination with other aberrations

    Dp(3;3)D1 / Df(3R)p25 heterozygote is lethal.

NOT in combination with other aberrations

In heterozygotes the frequency at which heat shocks induce abdominal segment 1 transformations is much higher than compared to wild type embryos.

The A1 transformation phenotype of ftzUal alleles is enhanced in Dp(3;3)D1 / ftzUal allele heterozygotes. ftzRpl abdominal segment defects suppressed in ftzRpl / Dp(3;3)D1 heterozygotes.

Enhances the frequency of transformation of the fourth abdominal tergite to fifth abdominal tergite seen in Pcl1/Pcl4 flies.

Enhances transformation phenotype of ftzUal mutants (Duncan, 1986, Cell 47: 297-309).
