The 60C7-D1 breakpoint reported in FlyBase for In(2R)PxK is probably incorrect. It comes from an oversimplified interpretation of complementation tests involving Df(2R)bwVDe2LPxKR - the only direct cytological analysis of In(2R)PxK is found in Ken Kempheus' dissertation (FBrf0069831) where the breakpoint was placed roughly in 60C-D. A breakpoint of 60B1 is a better fit with the existing data.
