Df(2L)132 homozygous clones within mosaic spermathecae contain lumen epithelial cells, but completely lack secretory cells.

Normal looking perineurial glial somatic clones of Df(2L)132 can be readily obtained, while Df(2L)132 mutant neuropil glial clones are largely absent.

During early stage 17 in Df(2L)132 mutant embryos, ventral longitudinal muscles bypass their target tendon cells, cross the ventral midline and attach to muscles on the opposite side.
