    Detailed Description
    Statement
    Reference

pll7/pll25 larvae show show mistargeting of the R2-R5 photoreceptor axons in the developing visual system; thickened bundles of axons along the entire length of the lamina are observed to penetrate into the medulla, while the lamina is not smooth and is somewhat irregular.

Homozygous and pll7/pll25 larvae have significantly higher levels of muscle defects than wild-type larvae.

Completely dorsalised embryos. Heterozygotes produced some dorsalised phenotypes at 29oC when also heterozygous for Df(3R)XM3.

    Statement
    Reference

tubE50K does not rescue the defects of embryos derived from pll25/Df(3R)IR16 embryos when injected into these embryos as RNA. tubE50K and pllR35E show slight rescue of the defects of embryos derived from pll25/Df(3R)IR16 embryos when injected together into these embryos as RNA, although they do not show any rescue when injected alone.
