      At room temperature, hemizygous females show a number of egg chamber defects; 14% of egg chambers degrade between stages 3 and 10 and 3% fail to specify an oocyte. In some cases, egg chambers with two oocytes are seen. Some twinry5/twinS3 egg chambers have an oocyte at the centre, rather than at the posterior of the egg chambers.
