Term type II motor neuron ID (Ontology) FBbt:00007681 (Fly Anatomy)
Definition Neuron that is synapsed to a muscle via type II terminals. These terminals are characterized by the presence of dense core vesicles that store and release octopamine and the absence of T-bars and clear vesicles (Stocker et al., 2018).
