Gustatory receptor neuron that has its cell body in the dorsal organ ganglion and innervates the dorsal organ on the surface of the larval head. Projections from at least some of these neurons innervate `subesophageal ganglion area 3` (FBbt:00100141) (Colomb et al., 2007).
