AlphaFold produces a per-residue confidence score (pLDDT) between 0 and 100. Some regions with low pLDDT may be unstructured in isolation.
0.45 (northern blot)
There is only one protein coding transcript and one polypeptide associated with this gene

The testis specificity index was calculated from modENCODE tissue expression data by Vedelek et al., 2018 to indicate the degree of testis enrichment compared to other tissues. Scores range from -2.52 (underrepresented) to 5.2 (very high testis bias).

Please Note FlyBase no longer curates genomic clone accessions so this list may not be complete
Please Note This section lists cDNAs and ESTs that fall within the genomic extent of the gene model, which may include cDNAs and ESTs of genes within introns, or of overlapping genes. Please see JBrowse for alignment of the cDNAs and ESTs to the gene model.
For each fully sequenced cDNA the DGRC maintains various forms of the cDNA (e.g tagged or untagged) in several different host vectors for subsequent cloning and expression in Drosophila and Drosophila cell lines.
The "Acp33A" mRNA isolated contains two open reading frames (ORFs) of similar size and codon bias. FlyBase curator comment: conservation within close species suggests that the first ORF corresponds to Acp33A (see FBrf0223588).
Source for merge of: Acp33A CG6555
The CG6555 annotation previously represented the first open reading frame of a dicistronic transcript. However, the second ORF (CG15841 annotation) has been eliminated in release 5.56 of the genome annotation; based on conservation within close species: the first ORF (CG6555) is conserved, the second (CG15841) is not. The CG6555 annotation corresponds to Acp33A.
Dicistronic annotation CG32952 split out into separate annotations for each open reading frame, CG6555 and CG15841, in release 4.2 of the genome annotation.
