The following information accompanied stocks donated to th e Bloomington Stock Center by Martin Kracklauer, University of Michigan.
P{UAS-GFP.Gl} is a P{UAST} construct expressing GFP-tagged Glued under UAS control.
P{UAS-GFP.Gl}2 is a second chromosome insertion.
P{UAS-GFP.Gl}3 is a homozygous viable and fertile, third chromosome insertion.
P{UAS-GFP.Gl}2 rescued eye clones of a null Glued allele in the eye when driven by an Act5C-GAL4 construct.  Rescue was better at 18 degrees C than 25 degrees C.
