1)	Hsp70pb-GAL4: Was obtained from Bloomington (P{GAL4-Hsp70.PB} 2,  FlyBase ID: FBti0001001 Stock # BL2077)
2)	UAS hpo: two different UAS Hpo lines were used for the experiments described in Verghese et al., 2012.  These lines were generated by Madhuri Kango-Singh in the Halder lab and published in the reference below. 
	- GMR GAL4 UAShpo: UAS hpo (full length ORF) 
	- nubGAL4 UAShpo: UAS hpo INH (Δauto)
