The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Yi Sun and Douglas Kim, GENIE Project, Janelia Research Campus, HHMI.
P{20XUAS-IVS-jGCaMP7b} carries the calcium sensor jGCaMP7b under the control of UAS. jGCaMP7b is considered the brightest of the "7" series (7b, 7c, 7f, 7s), as well as very sensitive.
P{20XUAS-IVS-jGCaMP7c} carries the calcium sensor jGCaMP7c under the control of UAS. jGCaMP7c has the largest dynamic range of the "7" series (7b, 7c, 7f, 7s)
P{20XUAS-IVS-jGCaMP7f} carries the calcium sensor jGCaMP7f under the control of UAS. jGCaMP7f is fast, bright, and sensitive.
P{20XUAS-IVS-jGCaMP7s} carries the calcium sensor jGCaMP7s under the control of UAS. jGCaMP7s is considered the most sensitive of the "7" series (7b, 7c, 7f, 7s), as well as very bright
