In Schor, et al., 2018 (FBrf0240702), 23 non-coding genes are highlighted in Figure 6A as having expression >1 FPKM and being present in both of the assessed strains. Note that this set of 23 is very stringent, and an underestimate, as our sequencing depth and pipeline for calling lncRNAs was very extensive for the first line (twist-H3 background), the line used for most of the study.
