The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Dean Smith, University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.
TI{TI}Ance-3KO – CRISPR/Cas9 and the vector pHD-DsRed-attP was used to replace the first seven coding exons of Ance-3 with 3xP3-DsRed and an attP site. It is a protein null.
Ance-33 is a 706 bp deletion in Ance-3 that takes out most of exon 6 and all of exon 7 and is predicted to cause a frameshift. It is a protein null.
