I used orthology predictions, functional (GO) annotation data and high-throughput expression datasets in FlyBase (FB2023_06) to identify the components of the four conserved 2-oxoacid (alpha-ketoacid) dehydrogenase complexes: Pyruvate Dehydrogenase Complex (PDHC), Oxoglutarate Dehydrogenase Complex (OGDHC, also known as the alpha-Ketoglutarate Dehydrogenase Complex), Oxoadipate Dehydrogenase Complex (OADHC) and Branched-Chain Keto Acid Dehydrogenase Complex (BCKDHC). Components of the human complexes were identified from PMID:19081061, PMID:10745006, PMID:29779826, PMID:36293260 and PMID:33045952.
