Drives embryonic expression in the mesoderm and in a segmentally repeated pattern in germ band extended embryo. Drives larval expression in the dorsal compartments of the eye and antennal discs; in the presumptive nota, pleura, and pouch regions of the wing and haltere discs; drives little to no expression in leg discs.

ScerGAL4mirr-DE drives reporter expression in the dorsal compartments of the eye and antennal discs. It also drives expression in the presumptive nota, pleura, and pouch regions of the wing and haltere discs. Little if any expression is driven in the leg discs. In the embryo, expression is driven in pattern of mirr expression, and is observed in the mesoderm and in a segmentally repeated pattern in germ band extended embryos.
