ScerGAL4^UH3 drives expression in a complex pattern in the wing disc, but is not observed in the presumptive notum or myoblasts. ScerGAL4^UH3 drives expression ubiquitously in early pupae; by 35 hours APF, expression is more pronounced in the developing indirect flight muscles (IFMs), and is restricted to the IFMs by from 55 hours APF. ScerGAL4^UH3 continues to drive expression in the indirect flight muscles in adults.
