Transgenic construct used in an enhancer blocking assay; used to study the properties of scs'. Generated by inserting a 0.5kb BamHI-EcoRI scs' insulator sequence into the XbaI site between the Yp1 enhancer element and the Hsp70 promoter in P{Yp1-lacZ.G2}.
