Description

An ncd promoter fragment (3.1-kb BamHI-EcoRI fragment containing the promoter and 5' region) drives expression of full-length ncd (amino acids 1 to 700) tagged at the C-terminal end with GFP. The ncd sequence contains a D699L amino acid replacement generated during the cloning process.
