ScerGAL4^ple.TH-D' drives expression in a subset of ple-positive dopaminergic neurons in the adult brain as well as in the thorax and abdomen.

ScerGAL4^ple.TH-D' drives expression in two cells of the larval dopaminergic DL2 cluster, and three anterior cells of the larval dopaminergic DL1 cluster.

ScerGAL4^ple.TH-D' drives expression in a subset of the dopaminergic neurons in the adult brain labelled by ScerGAL4^ple.PF : around 1 PAL neuron, 1 PPM1 neuron, 2 PPM2 neurons, 6 PPM3 neurons and 10 PPL1 neurons. There was also some non-systematic expression in less than 1 neuron in the PAM cluster.
