Description

A BAC-based clone (based on CH321-38C23) containing a 43,241 base pair insert which includes 25,645 base pairs upstream and 5,087 base pairs downstream of the Apoltp CDS, containing a 6X Tag:MYC tag in the Apoltp C-terminus (after Ser4333) and a Tag:V5 tag after Arg23, two amino acids after the predicted signal peptide cleavage site.
