Description

Reporter transgene in which the w open reading frame (expressed under the control of its own promoter) is fused to its own 3'UTR. Six repeats of a sequence that is perfectly complementary to the mir-let7 miRNA has been inserted in between the w coding and 3'UTR sequences.
