Description

Three concatemerized copies of a sequence that contains three copies of the grh protein-binding element (GBE) and two Su(H) binding sites are fused upstream of ten copies of the Tag:V5 epitope embedded within an inactive, non-fluorescent version of GFP ('spaghetti monster' GFP). The open reading frame is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:NLS(tra).
