Description

The FRT cassette has been excised, so that the two copies of the eve stripe 2 enhancer fragment (containing five high-affinity bcd-binding sites) and eve promoter can drive expression of the N intracellular domain. eve 3'UTR sequence is present downstream of the N coding sequence.
