[11B1-11B1];[11D10-11D10];
A set of ~800 largely isogenic deficiency stocks created by FLP-induced recombination between FRT-carrying transgenic insertions; molecularly defined deletion endpoints correspond to initial location of the progenitor insertions. Designed to fill gaps in deletion coverage and breakpoint placement; also used to replace older available deficiencies that have not been molecularly mapped.

Breakpoint from FlyBase's release 5 sequence location of progenitor insertion.
1: P{XP}d08636
2: PBac{RB}CG4351e02317
The presence of P+PBac{XP5.RB3}BSC624 was verified using the PCR methods and primers described in FBrf0175003, with the substitution of the primer 5'-CCAATGCGTTTATTTCAGGTCACG-3' for the RB3' plus or RB3' minus primer in the Hybrid PCR protocol in the Supplementary Methods.
The cytological breakpoints of Df(1)BSC624 predicted from the Release 5 genomic coordinates of the progenitor P{XP}d08636 and PBac{RB}CG4351e02317 transposable element insertions sites are 11B1;11D10.
