A duplication of sequence from the Enhancer of split complex has been inserted into the M{3xP3-RFP.attP}ZH-51D docking site on the second chromosome using the P"["acman"]" system. The inserted fragment covers the entire Enhancer of split complex, except that the mα, m4 and m6 genes have been precisely deleted (from the TATA box to the end of the 3' UTR inclusive) from the inserted sequence.
