Additional Comments
Genetic Interactions
Statement
Reference

Lethal interaction with dpphr4 is due to a loss of dorsal-most fates in the embryos, demonstrated by loss of amnioserosa cells. dpphr4/dpp+;tldE1/tld+ embryos completely fail to involute the head structures and is missing portions of the head skeleton. Posterior most structures including the filzkorper are internal, presumably due to the failure of germband retraction.
