Description

A truncated form of arm is expressed under the control of its own promoter. A stop codon has been introduced in the coding sequence after amino acid 757 truncating the protein in the middle of the C-terminal region. arm 3' trailer sequences are also present.

      The combination of arm2, armS8 and sggM11 leads to embryos with naked cuticle.
