Description

BamHI BglII fragment of GFP inserted immediately after the N-terminal Met residue of mei-S332. The resulting gene fusion causes a Gly insertion after the initial Met in GFP, an Arg between the fused proteins and deletion of the first two amino acids of mei-S332.
