    rhoScer\UAS.cBa; Scer\GAL4sli.PS and rhoScer\UAS.cBa; Scer\GAL4sim.PS suppresses ventral midline crossing of ganglionic tracheal branches by about 50% in ruunspecified mutant stage 16 embryos. rhoScer\UAS.cBa; Scer\GAL4elav.PLu almost completely suppresses ventral midline crossing by ganglionic tracheal branches in these embryos.

    E(S)1 has little or no effect on the rough eye phenotype in ecunspecified E(S)1 double heterozygotes.
