Animals expressing Cyp6g1Scer\UAS.cDa under the control of Scer\GAL4c754 show increased tolerance to methylmercury (shown as increased eclosion of adult flies on food containing 10μM methylmercury compared to controls).

Animals expressing Cyp6g1Scer\UAS.cDa under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 show increased tolerance to methylmercury (shown as increased eclosion of adult flies on food containing 10μM or 15μM methylmercury compared to controls).

Expression of Cyp6g1Scer\UAS.cDa under the control of Scer\GAL4Cyp6g1.HR increases the resistance to DDT, dicyclanil and nitenpyram compared to controls.

Flies expressing Cyp6g1Scer\UAS.cDa under the control of Scer\GAL4Cyp6g1.HR show increased resistance to each of the insecticides DDT, dicyclanil and nitenpyram compared to wild type.
