      Expression of Aut1dsRNA.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Act5C.PP results in larvae in which the number and size of the granules in larval fat body cells are reduced (7/20 cases), larvae in which no autophagic vacuoles or protein granules are seen in the fat body cells (4/20 cases) and in larvae in which autophagy and heterophagy are normally induced in fat body cells at the onset of wandering (9/20 cases).
