      The mean speed of park25/parkZ3678 or parkZ3678/parkZ3678 larvae is significantly reduced compared to wild type. Compared to wild type, the muscle membrane potential of park25/parkZ3678 larvae is significantly reduced (more positive), miniature excitatory junction potentials are significantly smaller, and lactate concentration is significantly increased.
