Description

Imprecise excision of the P{EPgy2} element that results in deletion of all but ~0.4kb of the P{EPgy2} element and ~1.6kb of DNA upstream of the p translation initiation start site. The deletion is predicted to encompass at least part of the p promoter and the transcription start site.
