      Comments

      ProtAT:Avic\GFP-EGFP rescues the abnormal nuclear morphology of spermatids which is seen in Df(2L)ΔMst35B males. However, a fraction of spermatids are stil eliminated in the rescued animals.

      One copy of Mst35BaT:Avic\GFP-EGFP reduces the number of malformed sperm heads seen in Df(2L)FDD-0338164 males, while two copies of Mst35BbT:Avic\GFP-EGFP completely rescue this phenotype.
