    Detailed Description
    Statement
    Reference

talunspecified embryonic mutant phenotypes include broken trachea, loss of cephalopharyngeal skeleton, abnormal posterior spiracles, and lack of denticle belts.

talunspecified mutants do not show any segmentation or homeotic phenotype. Although the mutant epidermis lacks denticle belts, segment-specific epidermal sensory organs are present, and segments are formed.

talunspecified mutant embryonic cells do not undergo the tubulin accumulation and cell morphology changes leading to the differentiation of denticles.

    Genetic Interactions
    Statement
    Reference

Expression of ovoScer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP.svb in the embryonic epidermis driven by Scer\GAL4wg.PM in a talunspecified mutant background fails to induce ectopic ventral trichomes.

The ectopic embryonic ventral trichome phenotype resulting from the expression of ovoScer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP.B via Scer\GAL4wg.PM is insensitive to the presence or absence of talunspecified mutant genetic background.

    Xenogenetic Interactions
    Statement
    Reference

Expression of Bmor\tal-likeScer\UAS.cGa under the control of Scer\GAL4unspecified rescues the talunspecified phenotypes in the adult and the embryo.

Expression of Bmor\tal-likeScer\UAS.fl under the control of Scer\GAL4unspecified rescues the priunspecified phenotypes in the adult and the embryo.
