Larvae carrying Tn10\tetRM2.alt.Scer\UAS.T:Hsim\VP16, Scer\GAL4salm-459.2 and rprTn10\tetO.cSa and raised on doxycycline at 1mg/ml do not survive.

Animals expressing rprTn10\tetO.cSa under the control of Tn10\tetRM2.alt.Scer\UAS.T:Hsim\VP16 (whose expression is driven by Scer\GAL4salm-459.2) in the presence of 100μg/ml doxycycline have a mild, rough eye phenotype.

Animals expressing rprTn10\tetO.cSa under the control of Tn10\tetRM2.alt.Scer\UAS.T:Hsim\VP16 (whose expression is driven by Scer\GAL4salm-459.2) in the presence of doxycycline at concentrations up to 100μg/ml have abnormalities in the adult wing, with the phenotype showing a clear dependence on the concentration of doxycycline used.
