Description

Imprecise excision of the progenitor insertion, resulting in a deletion that extends 4.25kb from the 5' end of the original insertion. The deletion spans 3.73kb of the hipk locus and 370bp of the neighbouring Cypl gene. At least 4.34 kb of the progenitor inserted element is retained.
