The L3-L4 intervein area as a fraction of total wing area in Gprk2KO/Df(3R)Gprk2-del1 mutant flies raised at 27[o]C is reduced slightly compared to wild type.

Gprk2KO homozygotes are viable at 25[o]C, and semi-lethal at 29[o]C.

Gprk2KO/Df(3R)Gprk2 animals raised at 29[o]C show smaller wings with reduced area between wing vein L3 and L4. This distance is normal in flies raised at 25[o]C.
