Under standard fed conditions, the expression of aayKK100557 under the control of either Scer\GAL4elav.PU, but not Scer\GAL4ChAT.7.4 or Scer\GAL4GMR55D01, leads to a small but significant increase in overall sleep time, as compared to controls; none of the three expression conditions seems to affect sleep latency time, as compared to controls.
