      Optogenetic activation (using Crei\ChR2T159C.10xQUAS.Tag:HA with 470 nm (Blue) light) of Ncra\QFMz19.PH neurons in the adult results in a fast excitatory postsynaptic potential in the CSD neuron, relative to controls, that can be blocked by mecamylamine.
