The wings of flies expressing Hsap\FUSΔ32.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096 appear wild type.

Ubiquitous expression of Hsap\FUSΔ32.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4Act5C.PU reduces adult viability to approximately 80% at 25[o]C but complete viability is seen at 19[o]C.

Four-day old flies expressing Hsap\FUSΔ32.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF have nearly wild type eye morphology and little, if any, retinal degeneration.

The locomotor activity of male third instar larvae expressing Hsap\FUSΔ32.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4VGlut-OK371 is mildly impaired. A similar reduction in activity is seen in two day and ten day old adults when Hsap\FUSΔ32.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC is expressed under the control of Scer\GAL4D42.

Third instar larvae expressing Hsap\FUSΔ32.Scer\UAS.T:Hsap\MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4VGlut-OK371 show little, if any, alteration in the number of either large and small boutons from ventral longitudinal muscles 6 and 7 of segment A2. The A1-A5 motor neurons appear organised and their nuclear structure appears normal. As in wild type, no apoptotic cells are detected in the ventral nerve cord.1G
