      Expression of Mfap1Scer\UAS.ORF under the control of Scer\GAL4ppk.PG does not cause any defects in the formation of the dendritic arbor of the class IV dendritic arborizing neuron but it abrogates with the dendrite pruning during the pupal stage as at 18h after puparium formation (APF) majority of neurons still have dendrites attached to the cell bodies.
