Rho1^72O enhances the myoblast fusion defects seen in Ced-12⁵⁰ mutant embryos.

Expression of Rho1^{Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP} in founder cells under the control of Scer\GAL4^kirre-rP298 partially suppresses the myoblast fusion defects seen in Ced-12⁵⁰ Rho1^72O mutant embryos, returning fusion to the level of Ced-12⁵⁰ mutants alone. No suppression is seen when Rho1^{Scer\UAS.P\T.T:Avic\GFP} is expressed in fusion-competent myoblasts under the control of Scer\GAL4^sns.PK.
