      The suppression of the variegated eye pigmentation phenotype characteristic for In(1)wm4 adult flies by ImpL316/ImpL317 transheterozygosity is blocked by combination with L2HGDH12/L2HGDH14 (all in the In(1)wm4 background): the ImpL316/ImpL317;L2HGDH12/L2HGDH14 double transheterozygotes display similar level of position effect variegation as In(1)wm4-only controls.
