omd³⁴⁸ type I neuroblast clones in the larval brain contain the same single neuroblast per clone as controls, but also contain small ectopic Dpn-positive, Ase-negative daughter cells of unknown cell identity and origin at the vicinity of ganglion mother cells.

omd¹²⁶ type II neuroblast clones in the larval brain contain many supernumerary neuroblast-like cells (including Dpn-positive, Ase-negative, Worniu-positive neuroblast-like cells), and significantly fewer neurons and intermediate neural progenitor-like cells (both immature Dpn-negative, PntP1-positive or Dpn-negative, Erm-positive INPs or mature Dpn-positive, Ase-positive INPs), as compared to controls.
