Please Note This section lists cDNAs and ESTs that fall within the genomic extent of the gene model, which may include cDNAs and ESTs of genes within introns, or of overlapping genes. Please see JBrowse for alignment of the cDNAs and ESTs to the gene model.
For each fully sequenced cDNA the DGRC maintains various forms of the cDNA (e.g tagged or untagged) in several different host vectors for subsequent cloning and expression in Drosophila and Drosophila cell lines.

The release 5.45 annotation CG43843 contains sequences corresponding to the first exon of the release 4 annotation CG15049. The second exon of release 4 annotation CG15049 forms part of the CG32547 annotation (which was made by merging the second exon of CG15049 together with the CG15050 and CG12610 annotations in release 4.1 of the genome annotation).
Current models supported by RNASeq coverage and junction data.
Annotations CG12610, CG15049 and CG15050 merged as CG32547 in release 4.1 of the genome annotation.
