The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by Frank Schnorrer, Max-Planck-Institute of Biochemistry, Martinsried.
P{UAS-mCD8.ChRFP} is a construct similar to P{UAS-mCD8.mRFP} with the substitution of T:Disc \RFPmCherry for mRFP. It produces Cherry RFP fused to the mouse CD8 extracellular and transmembrane domain.
P{UAS-mCD8.ChRFP}2 is a homozygous viable and fertile, second chromosome insertion.
P{UAS-mCD8.ChRFP}3 is a homozygous viable and fertile, third chromosome insertion.
