Dear Professor Beckingham,
I am currently adding data into FlyBase from your paper: FBrf0204919 : Texada, M. et al., 2008. yuri gagarin is required for actin, tubulin and basal body functions in Drosophila spermatogenesis. J. Cell Sci. 121: 1926-1936.
Specifically, I would like to know which transposon was used to generate each mutation. Can you tell me which of the two transposons (P{GawB}yuric263 and KG03019) correspond to each mutation generated (yuriLE1, yuriL5, and yuriF64?
(see section "A yuri mutant that lacks a Yuri ~65 kDA isoform(s)" on page 1928).

Here's the information you need.   LE1 came from yuri c263, and L5 and F64 came from KG03019.
