CaMPARI2(L398T) is a fluorescent Ca[2+] indicator that converts from green to red fluorescence in the presence of simultaneous elevated intracellular Ca[2+] and light exposure. CaMPARI2(L398T) was generated by introducing the L398T amino acid substitution into CaMPARI2. This mutation results in lower Ca[2+] affinity compared to CaMPARI2 (FBrf0240460).
