Phosphatidic acid-binding domain from the Saccharomyces cerevisiae Spo20 gene ( SGDID:S000004619 ). This domain can be used to monitor the distribution of phosphatidic acid within a cell, if fused to an appropriate reporter protein (PMID:14742704), or to target a tagged protein to a particular subcellular localization via phosphatidic acid binding.
